Can this product be used at home?
Not recommended. This product is labeled “For Professional In Vitro Diagnostic Use Only” and should be operated and interpreted by trained healthcare or laboratory professionals.
What type of specimen should be collected?
It is recommended to use a sterile swab made of the material specified in the instructions for use, such as Dacron or Rayon. Cotton swabs and cytology brushes are not recommended.
When should the test result be read?
The test result should be interpreted 15 minutes after adding the sample.
Do not interpret the result after 20 minutes, as readings taken beyond the specified time may be inaccurate or misleading.

How do I interpret a positive result?
A positive result is indicated when a colored line appears in the control region (C) and another colored line appears in the test region (T). Even if the T line is faint, it should still be considered positive as long as it appears within the specified interpretation time.
How do I interpret a negative result?
A negative result is indicated when a colored line appears only in the control region (C), with no colored line appearing in the test region (T).
Can the test determine the severity of an infection?
No. This product is a qualitative test and can only determine whether the antigen is detected. It cannot measure the amount of microorganisms or determine the severity of the infection. The intensity of the test line (T) should also not be interpreted as an indication of infection severity.
